Please see the clinic hours page for the doctors' schedules.

All appointments are subject to review before they are confirmed in our schedule.

If your health card is invalid, you will be responsible for the cost of your appointment if you do not provide a valid health card within 90 days.

If we need to cancel your appointment for whatever reason, we will make every attempt to contact you, however if you do not have a functioning voicemail and/or email, we are not responsible if you show up for an appointment that has been cancelled.

No shows will result in a missed appointment charge, and your online booking privileges may be revoked until this fee is paid.

Dr. Scott and Dr. Stefanie have a policy of one issue per 10 minute appointment.  If you have multiple concerns, there is an option to book a longer, 15 minute appointment to address up to two separate issues.  However, the doctor reserves the right to determine if it will be possible to address both issues within a single visit or if a further appointment will be required.  After all, many people simply cannot predict in advance how much time will be required to address their health concerns!

We are not an emergency service, and cannot provide the care you require in an emergency.  If you are having a medical emergency please visit your nearest ER immediately.

What can sometimes be booked online?

Vaccines

All vaccines must be authorized by your doctor before they can be administered.  Also, some vaccines are not kept in stock and will need a prescription from Dr. Wright sent to the pharmacy.  If you have not yet discussed getting the vaccine with Dr. Wright, then you must first book an appointment with them so they can prescribe the serum.  To do this you must contact the office and book through reception since both Dr. Wright and Reeza need to be available for your appointment.

If you have already had the first dose in a vaccine series administered by Reeza/Dr Wright, then you can book the 2nd and/or 3rd dose online.  This can be done via the "Pre-authorized injection with Reeza" option.

What appointments can currently be booked online?

10 minute in person appointment

This appointment type is intended for concerns where the doctor must do a physical assessment or see the area in person to provide a proper treatment plan.  A few examples of the kinds of issues that should be booked this way include:

  • new or changing skin condition
  • new or worsening injury/pain
  • abdominal pain/swelling
  • genital concerns
  • blood pressure concerns

For concerns regarding your heart, please contact the office directly.  If you have any symptoms of a heart attack, do not wait; call an ambulance immediately.

15 minute in person appointment  *ONE MORE COMPLEX ISSUE or TWO MINOR ISSUES*

This is a 15 minute appointment for the purpose of discussing/assessing either one issue in more detail than a 10 minute appointment would allow, or to discuss/assess up to two minor issues.  If you wish to discuss more than two issues, you will have to book separate appointments, or else we would encourage you to book an annual wellness exam if you are due.

Examples of appointments that may be suitable for a 15 minute in-person appointment include:

  • mental health care that is NOT crisis-related (see below) and for which you desire to be seen in person
  • assessment of a complex medical issue that requires a more detailed assessment and examination, such as dizziness, weakness, fatigue, concussion, widespread pain, etc.
  • more detailed medical advice about health conditions and treatments - eg. weight loss, smoking cessation, cholesterol management, pain management, birth control options, pre-conceptual or early pregnancy advice, etc. and for which you desire to be seen in person
  • two separate minor issues that require the doctor to perform an in-person examination in order to properly assess a condition, eg. blood pressure check plus discussion of test results, medication renewal plus assessment of muscle/joint pain, skin concern plus request for routine blood work/imaging, etc.

For mental health related issues, if you believe your issue requires longer than 15 minutes, or if you believe you need an appointment sooner than appointments available via online booking, please speak to staff directly in order to book an appointment.  Please remember that we are not a crisis service, and we cannot book same-day (and sometimes not even same week) mental health appointments. If you are having a mental health crisis, please contact a crisis helpline.

10 minute VIDEO appointment   *ONE SIMPLE ISSUE*

If it is not necessary to do an in person examination in order to address your concern, then you may book a VIDEO appointment, assuming you have seen the doctor in person at least once in the past 2 years.  If you wish to discuss a mental health issue, please book in a 15 minute VIDEO appointment slot (routine prescription renewals for stable mental health conditions may be booked as 10 minutes).

Some concerns that are easily addressed via VIDEO are:

  • routine follow-up for uncomplicated chronic conditions including medication renewal
  • requisitions for routine bloodwork and/or imaging
  • notes for insurance purposes (NO FORMS, please go to the Forms page if you have a form that you need filled out)
  • brief medical advice about health conditions and treatments - eg seasonal allergies, GI upset, cold sores, routine vaccines, side effects of medications, etc.  Note ANY advice related to TRAVEL must be booked directly with staff and not via online booking.

15 minute VIDEO appointment  *ONE MORE COMPLEX ISSUE or TWO MINOR ISSUES*

This is a 15 minute appointment for the purpose of discussing either one issue in more detail than a 10 minute appointment would allow, or to discuss up to two minor issues.  If you wish to discuss more than two issues, you will have to book separate appointments, or else we would encourage you to book an annual wellness exam if you are due.

Examples of appointments that may be suitable for a 15 minute VIDEO appointment include:

  • mental health care that is NOT crisis-related (see below)
  • more detailed medical advice about health conditions and treatments - eg. weight loss, smoking cessation, cholesterol management, pain management, birth control options, pre-conceptual or early pregnancy advice, etc.
  • two separate minor issues that do not require in-person examination.

5 minute VIDEO appointment for prescription renewal only

If you have seen the doctor at least once in person within the past 2 years, and if you ONLY need a quick prescription renewal, you may book a 5 minute VIDEO appointment for this purpose.  Note, if you wish to discuss your health condition or make changes to your prescription, please book a 10 minute appointment (either video or in-person).

Pre-authorized injection with Reeza

This is an appointment with Reeza only, and should only be booked for one of the following:

  • vaccine series where the first dose has been administered by Reeza/Dr. Wright (eg 2nd dose of Shingrix)
  • regular injections where the first dose has been administered by Reeza/Dr. Wright (eg B12, prolia, iron)

Allergy shots cannot be booked in these slots, click here to find out why.

Routine infant wellness check/Child physical (15 years and under)

Infants are routinely scheduled for wellness checks at 1 month, 2 mo, 4 mo, 6 mo, 9 mo (for Dr. Stefanie's patients only), 12 mo, 15 mo (for Dr Scott's patients only), and 18 months.  From then on your child should have a physical between 2-3 yrs, 4-5 yrs, 12-13 yrs, and 14-16 yrs of age.  You may book a physical for your child at other ages too, as long as it has been at least one year since the previous physical.  These visits include any immunizations required by Public Health.

If your child is older than 15, they must be booked in an adult physical slot.  Please see our policy on caregiver/parent/guardian access to health records and booking appointments for anyone 14 years of age and older.

Adult annual physical (includes Pap test if applicable)

OHIP will only cover one physical per year so you cannot book a physical within 365 days of your previous one.  Pap tests are done for anyone with a cervix every 3 years from 25 to 70 years of age.  We do not do Pap tests outside of your annual physical, with the exception of a repeat pap following an abnormal result.

Diabetic check in person appointment

This is an in-person appointment to review your diabetes.  If you are booking this appointment on-line, please schedule it to be about one week after you get your bloodwork done, so that the doctor will have the results at the time of your appointment.
